All tools and systems and messaging will be created and configured.
A basic one-time virtual walk through training once setup is complete will occur.
Launch of automated prospecting.
Assess first several weeks of new connections and optimize.
Month end review at the end of the first month of prospecting.
Time frame: Average set-up time prior to launch is two to three weeks and then periodic check-ins after launch date. If a change in market segment or messaging is needed, requests are prioritized based off when a request is received.
This will not replace the need to personally follow-up. Team members must be willing and able to drive this strategy…the marketing weapon is only as good as the one that wields it.
